Since I
was a child, I always broke out with acne. No matter what I tried.
When I was a teen, my mother got me ProActive, which actually caused me
to break out more. Then I tried Clean and Clear, which I did like, but
it didn't cure all my acne and dry skin issues. Once I started trying
natural made lotions and soaps, acne and dry skin has not been an issue.
This inspired me even more than my previous inspirations for homemade
chemical free natural skin care.
For years, I have been wanting to produce homemade natural products for myself and my family. So I have been researching, emailing myself information, and teaching myself how to create such products that will actually benefit skin and health.
This project kicked off around Christmas on 2013. Instead of buying impersonal gifts for my family. I decided to make homemade gift baskets for each couple and single person in our immediate family. In all 14 baskets, contained homemade Lavender and Honey Almond soaps, personalized etched wine glasses or drinking cups that me and my sister-in-law etched ourselves, candles that my sister-in-law made, and candy treats.
Everyone loved their baskets so much and I started getting a demand for more bar soaps.
This is where it started.
Just a few months later, I am producing and selling my handmade natural soaps.
Ordering my supplies to further my Bar Soap line and hoping to expand to liquid soaps, deodorants, laundry detergents, sugar scrubs, lotions, and more!
I am truly inspired from nature and all its beauty. Its amazing what natural herbs and oils can do for a person!
